A A board of supervisors is authorized, pursuant to Section 170 of the Miss. Constitution and Section 19-3-41, to adopt and enforce ordinances regulating the type and size of mailbox structures constructed and/or erected on county roads and county road right-of-ways to prevent hazards to motorists.
