Q Who has the responsibility of assigning offices and space in the courthouse, and especially a courtroom for justice court judges?
A The board of supervisors of each county or their designee assigns office space and courtrooms for use of the justice court. The sheriff should allow reasonable access to the courtroom, judge’s chamber and law library to allow the judge to carry out the operation of the court’s business.
