Default May a municipality permit a for-profit entity to profit from use of athletic fields?

Q May a municipality permit a for-profit entity to profit from the use of municipal athletic fields when only a portion of such revenue is paid to the municipality?

A The municipality, in accordance with rules and regulations governing the use of municipal athletic fields, may permit a for-profit entity to retain fees that the for-profit entity collects at specific events held on the athletic fields.
