A Yes, a municipality may enter onto private property to repair a sinkhole, with the permission of the landowner, to correct problems that the municipality has determined to be caused by the way the city drained water from its street if the municipality has found and spread upon its minutes that the sinkhole was caused by the manner in which city drained from its streets.
