    Q Can a county require a property owner to remove a brick mailbox on a county right-of-way on a State Aid road due to road improvements?

    A A county can remove mailboxes located on the county road right-of-way in violation of the State Aid requirements. (Attorney General’s Opinion to Martin dated June 5, 2009)
