Q May a municipality accept streets and drains for maintenance that were previously dedicated and subsequently rejected by the municipality, since ownership of the property had changed hand?

A A municipality’s acceptance of the dedication of a street is authorized in Section 21-37-3, but there is no authority to revive a previous dedication that was rejected. The municipality may now accept a rededication, donation, or any other conveyance of the streets and drains, provided that such is made by the current owners of said streets and drains.
