Priority in the use of athletic fields.
Q May a municipality permit a for-profit entity to have priority in the use of athletic fields over members of the general public?
A No. The municipality may permit the use of athletic fields by a for-profit entity in accordance with established municipal rules and regulations. The municipality may not permit the for-profit entity to use the athletic fields in a manner which unreasonably denies usage to other groups or the general public.
